orthographic projection of a rotate elbow

hello everyone

the image above is a piping layout with two 45 degrees elbows. i drew the side view, then the the top view

 

 

 

now one of the 45 degrees elbow is replaced by a 90 degrees elbow.

i don't how to draw this because the 90 degrees elbow rotate 45 degrees from the horizon.

 

any methods or suggestions are helpful. thanks.

I like to draw circles and trim, but you could also do arcs or do fillets (with trim set off).
