cocopli Posted October 7, 2013 Posted October 7, 2013 When I try to setup a plot/print, under printer/plotter name I get an error message no matter which printer/plotter I select. Quote
RobDraw Posted October 7, 2013 Posted October 7, 2013 Check your "Printer Support File Path" settings. If you are not sure how to do this, contact you CAD manager or IT support person. They will know the proper paths. Quote
cocopli Posted October 7, 2013 Author Posted October 7, 2013 The problem is fixed. I rebooted the program and it cleared up. I do have one other problem that I can't figure out. I produced a PDF file of a drawing I had setup at a specific scale. When I printed the PDF file (8 1/2" x 11" size plot at 1/4"=1'-0") it was not to scale. The scale was off about 1/8". I have the full program of Adobe and use this as the default printer on a stand-a-lone computer. Does Adobe alter the scale of the print? Are margin settings causing a problem? I have not experience this problem in the past at least I don't think this occurred since all of my other drawings are Arch D size. Quote
RobDraw Posted October 7, 2013 Posted October 7, 2013 Did you reboot? Without information about your page set-up we can only guess. Please provide your page set-up information. Quote
SLW210 Posted October 7, 2013 Posted October 7, 2013 And maybe you can add your .dwg and/or your PDF. Have you tried using the DWG to PDF.pc3? Quote
