I can not solve the problem . i have interference in elbow ( left side ) .

Looks like yo have modelled this as a standard .itp using surfaces then added a thickness to each surface?. I would have used sheetmetal using contour roll for this.

hi. when will you collect parts. you will have a penetration between the parts. and the problem is thicker.you cfn use contur roll but it is not real material .

I would not use Contoured Roll for this.
