Faded locked layer wont return normal

Hi

 

im using this code to unlockall layers

 

(vlax-for item layerCollection (vlax-put-property item "Lock" ':vlax-false) )

 

all layers becomes unlock but they are still faded. what code i need to add in order to unfade them back?

You should force a regen:

(vla-regen (vla-get-activedocument (vlax-get-acad-object)) acallviewports)

If REGENAUTO is set to ON, as it should be, it takes some time on huge drawings (not more than REGEN command).

But IF you find another method (via ActiveX), you still need to regen drawing so the speed should be similar.
