cut extrude error

Hello;

Can someone tell me where the error is on this cut extrude? I had trouble with this part and had to draw the 'C' shaped part on the other side. When I drew a rectangle to cut extrude it out, I get error msgs.

'unable to perform normal cut into non sheet metal features...'

(unfortunately the part file is larger than the 500mb max for uploading, I don't know if there's another way to share it)

Drag the bar at the bottom of the feature tree to the top of the browser hiding all features from the graphics window.

Save the file in this rolled up state (it will be significantly smaller).

Right click on the file name and select Send to Compressed (zipped) Folder (it will be even smaller).

Attach the resulting *.zip file here.

thank you Mather. I should've thought about just zipping the file (duh) I ended up just redrawing that piece and then saving. But in the future I'll save the old version so as to learn how to repair mistakes
