Express tool missing

Please help.

 

I lost my express tool. I tried reinstalling it but it doesn't show in customize toolbars menu group.

 

I'm using v2004

Try typing Expressmenu at the command line. If that doesn't work type menuload at the command line and try loading the menu through there.
