I have a elevation (OGL) and FRL finish road levels so how can i make the cut and fill volume section please guide me step by step

I thought you were using the CADTools add-on?

You have two surfaces (OGL surface and FRL surface). Any civil/surveying software packages can then calculate volumes of cut and fill between those two surfaces. Which civil/surveying software program are you trying to use?
