igreere Posted December 3, 2013 Posted December 3, 2013 Hello. Autocad crashes frequently, but at the same commands - for instance, when I want to copy something with a base point. It does not happen all the time, but frequent enough. What can I do about it? Thank you. Quote
ReMark Posted December 3, 2013 Posted December 3, 2013 Are you getting an error message of any type? Are you up-to-date with your service packs? Quote
igreere Posted December 3, 2013 Author Posted December 3, 2013 I get no particular error message. As for the service packs, it is updated, to my knowledge. How can i check it?Anyhow, might it have anything to do with the fact that I may be rushing and writing commands sooner than Autocad can process? Quote
ReMark Posted December 3, 2013 Posted December 3, 2013 Type the word ABOUT and press the Enter key. In the upper left hand corner of the window that appears onscreen, at the very end of the line for Product Version, do you see SP-1 or SP-2? What have you done so far to troubleshoot the problem? No sense asking you to do something you have already tried. Quote
