First you state: "i want to change in file AUTO CAD" but then you go on to ask "how to change in File CIVIL 3D". Which program are you actually using? Pick one...not both.

 

What is the source of your information? Can't you ask the surveyor to make the conversion for you?

 

Did you look at all the links?

 

Are you familiar with coordinate conversion programs and how they work?

what ever is i have both system file so i want to change with each other suppose NAHRWAN into wgs 84 and WGS 84 into Narhwan, I need method how to change this layout drawings no need to go for calculation thanks
