Hi. I am working on 3d model of interior and I have two problems. I am trying to made similar model as it is on the first image.

After setting all render properties and turning on sky and illuminations my view on object switch from isometric to perspective view.

Is there any way to change it to isometric view so the point of view do not change position at the time of changing, because I find out the way to return it to isometric but then the point of view that was placed inside of room is moved outside and I can't render object that was inside.

Also I can't set white background as it is on the first image. Second image is my attempt that is made inside of the room.

You are trying to render an interior view but you are not using point lights or spot lights?

Did you create cameras and if so did you name them using a descriptive name to make it easier to find the correct view?

Did you specify front and back clipping planes?

Re: white background. Is there a wall behind your sink?

Hi. My mistake, I write a bed description of a thing I am trying to do and I posted wrong picture. Yes I am using web light and cameras.

I am not sure is this even possible in autocad but i will tell you in details what I try to achieve and what is going on in the drawing. I hope that you will understand what am I trying to say. :-)

So it is like this. I put sink inside of a room with two windows. I place the camera inside of the room and point her to sink but I stay on current point of view. Set all render parameters and sky option which when I turn on change view to perspective view. I choose camera view position and I get in her position with view pointed to sink but it's in perspective view. And I want to do a render of a sink in isometric view.

Here is a picture with two types of view. Right one is when I choose camera view inside of a room. But I want the render which looks like left side of image. But I cant get that type of view inside of room. Instead of that I have to remove some walls and I cant get image i need.

And here is current image rendered from camera position.

Can you attach a copy of the DWG file to your next post? If it exceeds the file size limit for a drawing then you'll have to try zipping it instead. Someone here can then look at it and maybe experiment with it as well. I barely remember the rendering commands in AutoCAD 2009 and I am teaching myself, with the help of others here, to utilize materials, mapping and lights so, as you can see, I am a basically a novice.

Here is a dwg in attachment. I had some problem with saving the original dwg so i made this one. Also here are two pictures. For both of them I used same rendering options on second one I added some floor material and it turn out diferent then the other one.

In meantime I tried couple of things and here is the result. I removed the some of the walls and leave only floor and back wall. So the sink is exposure to the sun light. And put it in isometric type of view.

Here are also some of properties that I used for this picture:

Advanced render option:

Presentation

Global illumination: ON

Photons/sample: 25

Radius: off

Final gather: on

Light properties/energy multiplier: 0.35

Sun properties/rendered shadow details:

Samples: 15

Softness: 6

But still I cant find the way so the back wall and floor can be little bit whiter and a way to do it as interior inside of the room.

Sounds like you'll have to pick between a perspective view with a camera or removing a wall so that you can have an isometric/parallel view. I don't know of any way to set a camera to a parallel view.

and your image changed when you added the hardwood material to floor because of the reflectivity of the cabinets material.

I'm not 100% what goal you have as far as making the floor and wall "whiter".

Are you trying to replicate the very first picture you posted on your original post?

Rendering is an art form and what works for one view most likely will not work for the other views. I'm finding this out the hard way as I got recruited to produce 24 different 3D models of a product line with renderings. And believe me, it takes time to test out a different lighting method and colors, textures, etc...

hi. thanks to all of You for your effort.

I tried couple of things and here is the almost satisfactory result

sample.jpg

here are the parameters that i adjust for this kind of render

Advanced render settings:

Light properties - Energy multiplier: 2.3

Adjust render exposure

Brightness: 66

Contrast: 67

Mid tones: 1

Exterior daylight: on

Process background: on

Sun properties

Render shadow details:

Samples: 45

Sotness: 10

Because I made some changes in render exposure I needed to increase the value of Ambient and Difusse in Material editor
