hldman
hello everybody, i am a learner of 3ds max, and i am learning compound loft function. what i am trying to build is a mouse model. i drew the cross-section shape of the mouse and a path, then i loft the shape along the path. Another 2 shapes are used to fit the loft object. BUT, sth went wrong , look at the pic below: why is the rear part of the mouse like that? what should i pay attention to when Lofting and Fitting? thanks a lot. ReMark
Can you export the drawing in a DWG format and attach it to your next post?
Cad64
What tutorial are you following? Take a look at this one: http://www.hallofheads.com/tutorials/tut7.htm I realize you're trying to learn how to use the Loft tool, but if I was going to create a mouse, I would do it using NURMS Subdivision.
