Dear all

 

I downloaded a 3D model of a screw, the filetype is SAT, i imported to autocad but I cannot use the solprof command on the model, is there any way that i can use that command, thanks

I don't have AutoCAD2010, but in 2011, I used the ACISIN command and the screw was imported as a solid. I didn't try Solprof, but FLATSHOT worked fine.

Are you sure it isn't a block, should have come into AutoCAD as a 3d Solid, what does properties list it as?

 

 

SOLPROF works fine on SAT files.
