Pipes & Structures in Profile View

Hello,

 

So, when C3D draws pipes and structures in profile views, the slope starts from the center of the structure versus at the outer circumference. While this is NBD if using Structure labels, it is a big deal when Flood Control Std's require labels at the flowlines in the profile view.

 

As you can see here, the structure label lists all 4 FL's as 319.35. However, when labeling them in the profile view with profile view labels, the (N) flowline is 319.33, which is how it is drawn in profile view.

 

 

 

 

I once found an option to change how it starts the pipe at the structure; starting at the center of the structure or at the outer perimeter.

 

Does anyone know where this option is?

It is in the "rules" for the pipes, 'set pipe end location'. It lets you choose outside, inside or center of the structure for each end of the pipe.
