3DAWGPUPZ Posted February 10, 2014 Posted February 10, 2014 An employee in our office had a student version of AutoCAD on his laptop. We uninstalled the student version and bought and installed AutoCAD 2014 licensed version on the same machine. The problem is the plot stamp from the student version is showing up in our licensed 2014 program. Is this a registry problem? How do we stop the student plot stamp from showing up? Quote
JD Mather Posted February 10, 2014 Posted February 10, 2014 You did not need to uninstall the student version - all you needed to do was change the license. Go to Help>About AutoCAD and click the Update to enter new commercial license SN. Also, SP 1 does eliminates student version watermark. Quote
rkent Posted February 10, 2014 Posted February 10, 2014 The stamp will continue to show in existing drawings created or edited by the student version. As mentioned SP1 eliminates the watermark from showing up. Quote
