I am using autocad 2011. I trying to insert blocks that i have created. However, the image will always be higher than the point that i want to insert. What should i do?

Seems that you have chosen a wrong point as base when created the block. May call the BEDIT command to adjust it - just move the entities close to origin when in edit mode.
