Alignment and Linear Parameters in Dynamic Blocks

Hi,

 

Is there a way to prohibit the alignment parameter from leaving its position namely middle position when we use the linear grips to stretch the object. I want it to remain fix at its place.

Several methods, one would be to add a second stretch action using the same grip, and selecting the alignment parameter as the object, and then in properties make the distance multiplier 0.5, as in the attached example.
