wannabe Posted December 2, 2008 Posted December 2, 2008 Our engineers use software called GINT that requires .dxf files saved in the R12 format. And today an engineer has asked me if I can get our customers image to be saved into an R12 DXF. Basically, the border is an Xref and the image is a referenced OLE object (JPEG) in that reference(the drawing sheet). So, I opened up the drawing sheet Xref, deleted all the entities to leave just the image. However, when converted to an R12 DXF, this just left me with a seemingly blank drawing. Does anyone else have any suggestions, please? Thanks in advance. Quote
wannabe Posted December 2, 2008 Author Posted December 2, 2008 It seems there is software that can do the job: http://www.soft14.com/Graphic_Painting_and_Drawing/Converters_Filters_and_Plug-Ins/BMP_to_DXF_11077_Review.html Is there a cheaper alternative, does anyone know? Quote
