When I first created my multileader in the multileader style manager, I set up the arrow size to be 3/32". After making a drawing I found out the arrow is small so I when into the multileader style manager to change the arrow size to 7/64", however, some multileader do not reflect the change and I how to manually change them which is a pain when you a lot of them.

Any idea why not all my multileader will automatically change to the desire size?

thank you,

Just select the multileaders you want to fix, then go to the multilleader style dropdown list and pick the multileader style you want them to match. That will update them.

Multileaders (and dimensions) already drawn prior to a style change don't always update automatically.

Dimensions update automatically for example I have a dim style Dim48 the arrow size was 3/32" then I changed it to 7/64" and all my arrows under the Dim48 style changed automatically to 7/64". However this procedure did not work for the Mleader48 style.

I've had this problem also. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. Doing as Dana suggested generally fixes/refreshes them.
