Lisp to change block graphics to Layer 0

My task - I have dozens of elec sybmols all defined on layer Elec.

They are inserted together in one CAD file.

 

I would like to be able to change all of them so they are defined on Layer 0.

That way I can place them on Demolition layers, new installation layers , phased works layers etc.

 

Is there a lisp of macro to make this edit please

This can also be done quite easily by merging the layers, LAYMRG.
