Wireframe model section

Hi,

 

I am new to the forum and have little experience with 3d modelling. I have been provided with a wireframe model of a train embankment for a job i am on. I would like to be able to quickly produce a x-section view of the embankment at any desired chainage. Can someone please explain how to do this?

Your dwg was saved down to a dumb AutoCAD dwg. You should use Autocad civil3d and the civil3d dwg otherwise there is no "quick" way to get the cross sections.

Maybe you could try Cad Tools?
