Layer Manager Issue

Upon typing 'la' & hitting 'enter' to get into the layer manager no layers were visible.

I had been working in the drawing for some time before this happened.

I figure that I probably miss typed something earlier and triggered a binary toggle of some sort.

How can I rectify the situation?
