Problem with completing the tutorial

Hi! I am new user in that forum, sorry if I am posting in wrong sub-forum..

 

I try to make a visualization for my zoning plan along with the tutorial from this website - http://www.cadtutor.net/tutorials/key-3d/index.php . The problem is - it mentions the "Key 3D application software" which seems to be extremely useful, but unfortunately - I Can't find it on internet. Am I getting something wrong? Can you guys help me?

maybe it is - but I can't find anything about quickscape for 3ds max neither..

From what I understand, Quickscape comes from a company called New Visual Solutions, which was formerly known as Key 3D Ltd. Their website is linked below, but I don't see anywhere that you can purchase software from them. Perhaps you can contact them and ask where to purchase the software.
