What dimension is this? 5080 and 3080. Thanks

That is a door size format or, possibly in this case, opening size.

 

5080 = 5’ x 8’

3080 = 3’ x 8’

 

Another example

3068 = 3’ x 6’ 8”

I think the second number (the "80") may refer to inches, as 80 inches is that magical 6'-8" door height, Doublecheck your opening sizes to see how they compare.

The sizing format is confusing as hell – for just that reason.

 

Those numbers, and corresponding sizes, in post #2 are correct. The ubiquitous 80” door is always a **68 designation. The attached Pella chart gives some of the breakdowns.

Hmm...then whomsoever was foolish enough to place their name on that drawing need be hunted down and ground up for dog food. Whatever happened to simple numbered tags and window/door schedules for crying out loud.
