pat86
I'm trying to make a realistic water render in Autocad 2014 but I am failing miserably. I haven't done a lot of rendering in Autocad before so please use laymans terms to explain it to me.
ReMark
What type of water? For example is this water one might find at a pool or one would find at a lake or the ocean?
pat86
It is the kind of water you would find in a heavily polluted silt filled river in Pakistan Like so... http://tribune.com.pk/story/562436/bureaucratic-red-tape-sukkur-barrage-rehabilitation-and-modernisation-hits-snags/

Cad64
I'm trying to make a realistic water render in Autocad 2014 but I am failing miserably. What is the problem you're having? There are several water materials in the Autocad materials library. Are you using one of those or trying to make a water material from scratch? If you need information about working with materials in Autocad, check here: http://www.we-r-here.com/cad/tutorials/level_3/adding-materials-to-3d-objects-autocad-3-9.htm http://www.we-r-here.com/cad/tutorials/level_3/mappint-materials-autocad-3d-setuv-3-13.htm http://www.we-r-here.com/cad/tutorials/level_3/creating-new-custom-materials-autocad-3d-3-14.htm
