Phelelani Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 What is the send back/front command? I am using Autocad civil 3D 2013. Quote
Glen1980 Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 In vanilla CAD you use it to send elements to the back of the draw order. i.e. a hatch at the back of the draw order won't obscure lines and text. HATCHTOBACK and TEXTTOFRONT also do this but polylines with width would have to be manually selected. Quote
mikekmx Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 hardly ever works or stays working though and doesn't seem to work at all editing blocks Quote
Glen1980 Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 hardly ever works or stays working though and doesn't seem to work at all editing blocks Unfortunately that is true. Although I'm never sure if it isn't something I have done. You can always set up a macro to run hatchtoback, texttofront then the plot command. Quote

Dadgad Posted June 24, 2014 Posted June 24, 2014 Welcome to CADTutor forum. There are a few different ways to adjust your DRAWORDERCTL settings, as shown in the SYSVDLG snip. Quote
