Is there a way to keep my groups as it is

When it copy and paste to another drawing.

The easiest way is dxfout the groups, drag & drop dxf file into other drawing, then explode it.

In the drawing which has groups type "dxfout" at the command line (or File > Save as > Choose file type is dxf) to create a dxf file. Then drag drop that dxf file into your another drawing and explode it.

So maybe WBLOCK would do the same thing?

As an alternative, you could use my Steal program to import groups from another drawing into the active drawing.

Wblock doesn't keep the groups remain group, they become separated entities.
