Autodesk had Inventor Fusion available free for a short time in Autodesk Labs, it is called Fusion 360 now and is not free. There are free trials available of Fusion 360, Inventor and AutoCAD all of which should convert the files. What did your friend use to create the files? Can your friend send you a SAT file or DWG? ReMark Posted July 16, 2014 Posted July 16, 2014 I think users could import IGES files starting with AutoCAD 2013 if I am not mistaken meaning anyone who has 2013 or higher could import your file and save it as a DWG. Quote
