Autocad Mechanical 2014 - dim text position

autodesk eliminated the option " dim text position " to edit Dimension in autocad mechanical 2014 ?

any way to fix this?

Instead of right clicking, hover over the grip on the dim text and a set of options will appear. Hope that helps.
