adrath
Hi all! I'm working on a huge drainage channel project, which involves widening the existing channel and reconstructing a number of roads in the immediate area. We have separate corridors set up for roads and channel. The roads need to daylight to existing ground, preferably at the ROW but the daylight slope can vary between 2% and 10%. I know there are plenty of pre-defined subassemblies that will daylight within an offset or to a ROW target and whatnot. But will any of them allow me to set the slope to stay between 2% and 10%? If not, does anyone have any idea how to set something like that up with the Subassembly Composer? I know how to set up a basic subassembly with targets and user input parameters but something like that would be beyond me. As a side note, we're running C3D 2013. Thanks! BlackBox
The built-in assemblies should handle this just fine; BasicSideSlopeCutDitch Assembly as example. Just be sure to enter the appropriate slope in Properties Palette as either 50:1, or 10:1 respectively. Cheers
