transfer points Easting ,Northing,Elevation,and Description on excel from autocad

hi i have one auto cad drawing where many points are pasted with their x,y and z value and also their description.i need the points x,y,z,and description on excel.i cannot transfer those points to excel with all their values.i attached a drawing for assistance.is that possible through vba ??

This is pretty easy as your objects are mtext its just case of selecting via a filter the correct mtext, if you search here or google for Export MTEXT, check Lee-mac.com, there will be lots of lisps you can try adding VBA to search and should get an answer as well. I dont have a specific one for this else would have posted you will end up with a csv file 1 line per mtext.

i cannot find useful lisp for that one which gives me points coordinates like EASTING,NORTHING,ELEVATION,CODE,in separate column in excel from autocade drawing.ple give me any lisp or vba code for that one.
