Does anybody know iff the control sequence %% in Auto Cad can be turned off

I'm Using a special True Type Font that has a character definition under {shift}+{5} but the Auto-cad application then expect an following ASCII code

If your talking about the extended character set in a font you can type from keyboard by holding down Alt and the character code. Goto to Windows Fonts click on font and the listing will come up for every character. ALT+3 digits
