dmcdonough Posted December 10, 2008 Posted December 10, 2008 I am getting a "duplicate definition of block ignored" message when copying within a drawing. I understand that this usually has to do with nested blocks, or pasting in a w-block with a duplicate name, but I am getting this message with any object I try to copy. I understand why it would effect blocks inserted from other drawings but why when copying within? Quote
AVITWeb Posted December 12, 2008 Posted December 12, 2008 Could be a leader arrow or dimension tick...could be a block within a block...could be lots of things. I wouldnt worry about it unless you are losing information or it is causing problems with your file. Quote
