Description and profiles Acad 2008

Please help.

Where can I fix the required profile (options) to be in use every time, even if I restart Acad?

And second where can I see what I wrote as a Description for example into templates?

According to AutoCAD Help.....

 

"This description is displayed when you choose the template in the Startup dialog box or in the Create New Drawing dialog box."
