Attribute mode for Callouts, help needed

I Dont know what Ive changed in setting but lately i have strange behavior with attributes , the problem now is when i make callouts instead of finishing with a number ,autocad just jump over this step and straight give me a balloon with the text "tagnumber" then i need to click it again and change to the desired number .

i tried play with ATTMODE and ATTDIA but it still act the same , tagnumber.JPG

I found the solution , ATTREQ Should be set to 1
