Cut extrude on ciruclar surfaces

Just a quick question concerning cut extrude on circular surfaces:

 

Is the cut extrude I have done in the attached file a "best practice" way of doing it (the sketch is way past the circumference of the circle, so I am trying to ask if this matters, or if there is some "prettier" way of doing the sketch).

You do not need the 4mm dimensions - simply add Tangent relations between the sides and the circle.

(Or in this case you could also use Coincident since you already have a construction line constrained to the circle.)

 

I would have used a center point rectangle instead.
