gazzalp Posted December 14, 2008 Posted December 14, 2008 Not sure if this is the correct forum, but it has to do with customisation. Ive just started using tool palettes, so i can do things like having dimensions automatically come up on the dimensions layer etc. My problem is with using this, it takes up more space, so to tackle that i figured id get rid of all my toolbars, and have everything in the palette. The problem is some of my macros dont work in the palette. Does anyone know why this would be? They are called fast-load autolisp files (.fas), whenever i use the toolbar to insert them they work, but in tool palettes i get this message: Insertion Point: 100.000000 but nothing gets inserted. The files are just DWG files which are loading when autocad opens, and have certain macros assigned ie: ^C^CSECTHEAD Anyone have any ideas? Quote
CmdrDuh Posted December 15, 2008 Posted December 15, 2008 I would double check to make sure your not missing a space or ; in your macro. The palettes work just like toolbars, so there has to be something small stopping it Quote
gazzalp Posted December 15, 2008 Author Posted December 15, 2008 Yeah im not sure whats wrong, if i keep the toolbar it still works properly from the toolbar, but as soon as i try to use it from tool palettes i get the error, not sure what is wrong Quote
