ReMark Posted December 4, 2014 Posted December 4, 2014 I know there was a program called AutoCAD Mechanical 2013 but I wasn't aware there was a Mechanical Desktop 2013. That doesn't sound right. Could you be referring to plain AutoCAD 2013 instead? Quote
Cad64 Posted December 4, 2014 Posted December 4, 2014 Mechanical Desktop was discontinued and the last version was 2009. Perhaps the OP is using Inventor? Quote
SLW210 Posted December 4, 2014 Posted December 4, 2014 I deleted your duplicate thread and moved this one to the Mechanical & MDT Forum. Quote
ReMark Posted December 4, 2014 Posted December 4, 2014 I'll offer a prize. Whoever guesses correctly what "full desktop" refers to I will send him/her one of my handmade chocolate bars. Quote
f700es Posted December 4, 2014 Posted December 4, 2014 You should be able to "export to AutoCAD" from AutoCAD Mechanical. Much like I can in AutoCAD Architecture. This will remove all of the non-vanilla AutoCAD entities. Quote
f700es Posted December 4, 2014 Posted December 4, 2014 I'll offer a prize. Whoever guesses correctly what "full desktop" refers to I will send him/her one of my handmade chocolate bars. He means normal, vanilla AutoCAD Quote
ReMark Posted December 4, 2014 Posted December 4, 2014 Can't declare a winner yet until the OP confirms. No jumping the line! Quote
