blocks with attributes offset - cannot move using refedit

hi all

 

we use blocks with attributes for title blocks in our drawings, and a few times recently the multi-line attributes have been moving from their insertion point.

 

i'm not that knowledgeable about attributes, but i did create these blocks.

 

i have read here that there is a VBA to fix it but do not know how to run this - well, i tried and nothing happened so not sure.

 

do have a look at the attached dwg. it contains the block and a version that has been exploded. i would have thought the attribute xxx zzzzz would be positioned by the drawing_title attribute?

 

basically, all the text should be centrally aligned.
