I need to create pattern on curved surface, and the body which has to be patterned has also irregular shape . Pls, help me with this...I'm desperate. BIGAL Posted January 31, 2015 Posted January 31, 2015 As an Autocad answer I guess similar in solid works you create a roller coaster pattern use it as a path to extrude a tube, array it in two directions and you have the mesh pattern clip edges to the shoe shape. The edge tubes similar but a bit more difficult need to place and array around edge. If the shoe is curved then placing the roller coaster tubes will require a bit more effort but achiveable. Quote
