Maximum Ridge height

I am a new member. Need help as to a roof constraint in a Revit project I have taken over from another team. There is a Maximum Ridge Height set in the Construction dialogue . It is greyed out but cuts the roof off at a set height below the ridge line. Autodesk says there is as tool that controls it but Ive met a blank in every direction!! Can anyone explain please....Im desperate:(
