Hello Everyone

Title pretty much says it all. I previously created a 2D PLine that I revolved 360 into an object I am working on.

I need to replicate the same 2D Pline. Is there an easy way to extract or get a duplicate of the of that 2D Pline?

Thanks for any help

First off change your settings to retain geometry, after that copy the solid, slice it down the middle, and pick a side to keep. Now explode the “half” solid, delete everything but the surface you wish to keep, and then explode the surface and PEDIT the lines back to a polyline.

if you are asking about 3D objects that you have created in past and "DELOBJ" not help to you,

Flatshot is another command that you can use to create a 2d drawing of your 3d object, which you have to explode and edit to get your original profile

make sure to copy the 3D object into a new drawing, as flatshot includes all 3d objects in your drawing
