Edit Attributes of block or text to 3 decimal points

Hi,

 

I have files that are exported from another program as a point block, but the elevation comes out to 6 decimal points. How can i change multiple blocks, or text to 3 decimal points without doing it manually. Is there either a lisp routine that i can use, or an editor somewhere.
