Prickle Farmer Posted March 4, 2015 Posted March 4, 2015 Back in 2008 Shaan Hurley released a tool to clean up unused annotation scales. Does anyone know if that utility or something similar is available for acad 2015? Quote
Dadgad Posted March 4, 2015 Posted March 4, 2015 Have you installed both of the service packs for Autocad 2015, as per this link? http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/downloads#?rows=10&sort=score If you have, and nobody else comes up with something, I suspect that the commandline version of the purge command, -PURGE (include the hyphen for the industrial strength command) should take care of them. nestly Posted March 4, 2015 Posted March 4, 2015 For some reason, I thought Scalelist Cleanup had been incorporated into 2015, but if that were the case, I'm not sure why there would be a stand alone Scale List Cleanup Utility for AutoCAD 2015 Quote
Dadgad Posted March 4, 2015 Posted March 4, 2015 For some reason, I thought Scalelist Cleanup had been incorporated into 2015, but if that were the case, I'm not sure why there would be a stand alone Scale List Cleanup Utility for AutoCAD 2015 That surprises me too, since they did add the DGN linetype fix to 2015. Looks like it was not a problem in 2011, 2012 & 2013. I wonder why they chose to PUT the problem back in 2014 & 2015? Quote
Prickle Farmer Posted March 5, 2015 Author Posted March 5, 2015 Sorry Dadgad, PURGE doesn't do it. The Scale List Cleanup Utility is what I was after. Not sure why my google search didn't pick it up. Thanks nestly. I have downloaded but not tested. I guess that its standalone so that it can be run outside AutoCAD and batch process several files. I'll give it a bash tomorrow. Thanks people. Quote
