It is illegal, and a violation of the contract license agreement to sell such software. If that does not bother you, go to a crack site and buy it. You will not find any regular member of this forum that will cooperate.

I was unaware you could not sell software which you own; I do not understand this; and, this software is over 10 years old.

With that said I will abide by the rules of this forum.

Read the EULA (End User License Agreement) and you'll see exactly what AutoDesk says about their software and your rights (or lack thereof).

The only way is if you buy the company and take over their assets. They can not just sell it off or are just shutting down and selling everything they do not want. The license is with the 1st company Autodesk very rarely allow transfer to another company generally they insist on update to current version as part of the deal. 2004 buy a new one

I use this for personal stuff; designing my garage; platted my lot, and occasionally plat a lot for genealogy purposes. I'm not in a business. Can't afford 6700 dollars for a once a year use.

If this is just for personal use, CAD 2D drafting, why don't you take a look at Draftsight. There is a free version and it's nearly identical to Autocad LT.
