Hi,

Recently I was taught that changing the variable for DIMGAP to negative will create a "basic dimension" or box around the dimension. But I also noticed that in any dimension properties under tolerance I see that I can chose what kind of tolerance to have such as: symmetrical, basic, etc.

My question is how can I access/modify to these dimension's individual properties through LISP so I can create a command to specify tolerance, precision etc?

Thank you

I can't help you with a lisp solution, as I am illisperate, sorry.

It seems to me that you might be better served by dealing with this in your

DIMSTYLE MANAGER, when creating or modifying your dimstyle.

Should you need to change a property of any particular, or some of your existing dimensions,

this can be easily done in Quick Properties, or Properties, and if choosing multiple dimensions

you might want to use QUICKSELECT or FILTER TO speed things up.
