Larry Christie Posted April 6, 2015 Share Posted April 6, 2015 I am currently working on a drawing using Auto Cad 2015. Am unable to select objects on the Defpoints Layer, Was able to do this previously with this particular file. Also am able to select objects on this particular layer in other files. ReMark Posted April 6, 2015 Share Posted April 6, 2015 Is layer "0" frozen by any chance? It is not a good practice to put objects on the Defpoints layer. This was a common practice way back when but now that layers can be set to not print in the Layer Properties Manager it is no longer necessary and it avoids the snafu one encounters when layer "0" is frozen of not being able to select objects.
