thick lines when save to pdf?

when I save my layout to pdf some of the lines are thick and others are thin? how can i make them all same? Also when I save to pdf my text and annotation wont show? I created them in the model space, might that be the reason why?

Open the layers dialog and check to see which layers are printing at which line weights. Also check to see if you've created your annotations on a non plotting layer.
