shift1313 Posted December 19, 2008 Posted December 19, 2008 i doubt you will find a tutorial on how to do this. The designers that do this for a living go through a lot of school and i doubt they are willing to walk someone through this. solidworks isnt any different than other packages. you have to define your curves and create surfaces between them, no mysteries. The easiest way i see is to draw the entire car shell and then subtract things like windows etc from your model. The best way is to save the model multiple times under different names and after you have completed all the operations you can create an assmbly with them. A car body or some sort of large free form shape is one of the hardest things to draw in cad(in my mind). If you dont have much cad experience you will need more under your belt Quote
