Tharwat Posted August 19, 2015 Posted August 19, 2015 If the name of your lisp file isn't acaddoc.lsp so logically it won't be loaded unless you add them to the briefcase in the appload command , otherwise just add a lisp file acaddoc.lsp and add your lisp program within and they would be loaded with every session for sure. Lee Mac Posted August 19, 2015 Posted August 19, 2015 The Startup Suite is historically known to be unreliable; I would instead suggest loading your customisations using appropriate load expressions within the acaddoc.lsp - see my tutorial for more information. Quote

EBROWN Posted August 19, 2015 Posted August 19, 2015 Try under OPTION SYSTEM SECURITY OPTION AUTOMATIC LOADING Quote
BIGAL Posted August 20, 2015 Posted August 20, 2015 My first post like EBROWN would have been when was trusted paths introduced I think it was around 2013. You may not be seeing the error message about lisp not loading. Quote
sanjeeve Posted August 21, 2015 Posted August 21, 2015 which year auto cad you are using? after2012 you have to add them to the trust location in support file and make your save change to the work space selected Quote
Zac Davis Posted August 23, 2015 Author Posted August 23, 2015 Using Autocad 2014 from 45 lisps around half is loaded when their in the "Startup Suite" , what disturb the others to load? Quote
tombu Posted August 23, 2015 Posted August 23, 2015 Using Autocad 2014 from 45 lisps around half is loaded when their in the "Startup Suite" , what disturb the others to load? Like BIGAL my guess would be that they were not located in Trusted Folders. Were the lisp files in a different folder that the ones that loaded? You can add Trusted Folders on the Files tab in Options. If you don't want to have to include the full path when loading each lisp file add the folder to Support files in Options as well. Using acaddoc.lsp as Lee Mac and others have suggested should at least give you an error message on the command history if not fix your problem. Startup Suite has always had problems like this, cant count the number of threads I've see involving "Startup Suite" over the years. Try loading them at the command line like: (load "MyLispFile.lsp") to see if there may be problems with the files. Quote
Lee Mac Posted August 23, 2015 Posted August 23, 2015 I'm not sure how the Startup Suite handles loading errors: it may be that the Startup Suite ceases to load subsequently program files if an error is encountered during loading. Quote
