sketch warning - unable to offset one or more ..

I keep getting this warning - unable to offset one or more sketch entities.

I have looked and looked and I can't see what the problem is, any idea how to fix this warning ?

I would probably do this as an assembly rather than as a single part - but in any case you should pattern features rather than use complicated sketches whenever possible.

Thanks, I changed it to pattern and equation for spacing, much simpler. I'm still curious how I could have fixed the sketch.

This is for a simple model of a simple model train building, which is why I didn't bother with an assembly.
